Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered: Executive Edge provides executive functioning coaching services to individuals seeking support in areas such as organization, time management, attention, social skills, and other related skills.

2. Agreement to Terms: By engaging in our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change, and the most recent version will be effective immediately.

3. Sessions and Scheduling: Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance. Any changes or cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

4. Payment: Payment for services is expected in advance or as per the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality: All client information and discussions during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

6. Client Commitment: Clients are expected to actively participate in coaching sessions, complete assigned tasks, and communicate openly about their progress and challenges.

7. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. Executive Edge reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to adhere to the terms outlined.

8. Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. Any concerns about the coaching services should be addressed promptly to find a satisfactory resolution.

9. Communication: Regular communication between the client and the coach is encouraged. Clients are free to provide feedback, ask questions, or express concerns.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York, and any disputes will be subject to resolution in the appropriate courts.
